GERMAN PLOT REVEALED.
BRIBES FOR STRIKERS. Y London, September .13. The executive of the New York Dockers' Union has revealed to the United States Government a plot by which the Germans were to spend a million dollars (over £200,000) in an attempt to induce 4 2300 dockers to strike. 7 r / The New York World alleges that Heir Dernburg, of the German Colonial Office, who was recently in America on a pro-German propaganda, is implicated in the plot.
