DUNEDIN SUPPORTS PROPOSAL. [BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dt7XEDix, Monday. At a meeting of the Otago branch of the Pipers' and Dancers' Association of New Zealand to-night, letters were received from Mr. Win. Gillespie, secretary of the Wairarapa Caledonian Association, asking support for the proposal to send a Highland regiment from New Zealand to the front. It was decided to support the proposal, and Mr. Kilgour, of Palmerston North, an old member of the Otago Association, -was authorised to represent the association at a conference at Palmerston North on September 24.
