FAMOUS RUGBY PLAYER. (Received September 14, 1 a.m.) London, September 13. Surgeon David Bedell-Sievwright, the Scottish International Rugby footballer, who was captain of the team which toured New Zealand about ten years ago, has died at the Dardanelles.
