GERMANS STRANDED.
(Received September 14, 1 a.m.) Capetown, September 13. Thirty Germans ordered to Europe by the Union Government were passengers on a sailing vesseL The crew declined to sail on the ground that they would be rendering a service to enemies. The Germans were landed.
