SELLING SECRETS.
ARRESTS IN GREECE.
Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received September 12| 5.5 p.m.) London, September 11. The Times' correspondent at Athens states that two officers of high rank in the Telegraph Department were arrested on a charge of communicating and selling information. Two correspondents have also been arrested for sending cypher despatches to Foreign Legations.
