TROOPS BEING EQUIPPED FOR THE WINTER.

Rome, September 10.

Cabinet has considered the control of 103 conquered townships, the organisation of the winter campaign, the production of munitions, and the question of fuller- participation in the war.

The Minister for War announced that the Italians are fully equipped for the winter. _ The trenches and huts are being fitted with stoves. The Italians have conquered 15 communes in the Trentino. The population have taken refuge in Italy, where they have met with a brotherly reception.
