ITALIANS ADVANCING ON CARSO PLATEAU.
AUSTRIANS GIVING WAY BEFORE THEM. Wellington, September 12. The High Commissioner has sent the following cablegram from London: " Borne advices state that on the Carso Plateau, near Gorz, the Austrians are yielding before the Italian advance."
