Tins death has occurred of Mr. Bichard Finest Xowell Twopeny, partiproprietor and editor of the Pastoralists* Kenew. The late Mr. Twopeny was bom m 1857, and was well-known in New Zealand. He was secretary of the Pastoralists' Association of Victoria and Southern Brrerina, and of the Melbourne Woolbrokers* Association. In conjunction with the late Mr. Jules Joubert, he managed fee exhibition held in Christchnrch in. 1882. He was editor of fee Christchurch Telegraph in 1882, and of the Otago Dailv Times from 1882 to 1890. .He was executive commissioner of fee New Zealand and South Seas Exhibition in 1890. Ho founded fee Pastoralists* Beview, in con- : junction with Mr. A. W. Pearse, raj March, 1891. '
