FIRE IN NEWMARKET.

A rmr. occurred in a seven-roomed twostorey house ill Seee-Tube Road. Newmarket, at about 9.30 o'clock on Thursday evening, but owing to the work of the Newmarket fire brigade the fire was confined to two rooms. The house belongs to the Osborne estate, and is occupied by Mr. W. H. D. Kemp, whose furniture is insured in the Australian Alliance Office for £100. The house is insured in the New Zealand Office for £300. The .lamage is estimated at about £100.
