ROUMAHIA ALERT.
'MUNITIONS FOR ARMY. EXPEDITING ORDERS. London, August 15. It is stated in Bucharest that the Roumanian Minister for War has instructed the factories working for the military authorities to prepare a list of workers who an be mobilised with a view to expedition in the execution of orders.
