AUCKLAND LADIES' CLUB.

The second monthly Red Cro*s metis! handicap was played at A! lddleniore yesterday, and was won by Miss M. Cooper with a score of 97—19—78. Other good cards returned were:— K. Holmes, 9*—l9—&G; Miss M. Alison. 97—12-85. Miss Cooper also won the first modil handicap, and it is a remarkable coincidence that the t<vo Belgian modal handicaps, each with senior find junior divisions, have been won by lh« same players, Mieeos M.
