UNHAPPY MARRIAGES.
<, DIVORCES APPLIED FOR. Seventeen divorce cases have been set down for hearing at tiho forthcoming civil sessions of the Supreme Court, which commence on Monday. Of that number, five are to be heard by a jury and throe of thoso are remanents from fast sessions. The cases to be heard before the Judge and a jury of 12 are as follows — Walter Hartnell (Mr. Reed) v. Bernice Mabel Hartnell (Mr. Harrison) and Alfred Hilford (Mr. Harrison). John Alfred _ Hard wick (Mr. Skelton) v. Ada Hardwick and Ernest Pratt. Sarah ■ Hebley (Mr. Hammond) v. I Frederick Richard Hebley (Mr. Card). I Maud Elizabeth Hiscock (Mr. Harrison) v. William Henry Hiscock (Mr. Lundon). I May Neil (Mr. Matthews) v. Ernest Clarence Neil (Mr. Cracknel!). ' j The following cases will be heard before ' a Judge alone :— . Gertrude Alexander Hayes (Mr. Haddow) v. Charles Richard Hayes. Sarah Lawrence (Mr. Moody) v! Sidney Phillip Lawrence. Gladius Margaret Carroll (Mr. Wyatt) v. Michael Carroll. Raynor Woolfe Skinner (Mr. Singer) v. Albert Edward Skinner. Frederick Charles Lees (Mr. Stanton) v. Eva Elizabeth Lees. King] Piripi (Mr. Kirker) v. Rina Butane and Kiri H^rora.
