SENTENCE ON A VICAR.
PLEADS GUILTY TO FRAUD. The Rev. James Whittam, CM of Sherburn, near Scarborough, pleaded guiity at YorK Assizes to three charges of obtaining money by fraud from moneylenders, and was sentenced.;, to nine Months' imprisonment in the second division.
