GERMAN WAR MARCH.
COMMISSION TO STRAUSS. London, February 18. The Kaiser has commissioned Strauss, the famous composer, to write a new Imperial march, inspired by the war. The march begins on a funeral note, and ends in triumph. The Kaiser has promised Strauss the Order of the Red Eagle.
