The eleventh report of the Belgian Commission gives details of outrages in the province of Namur, where nearly 2000 men, women, and children were massacred. In some parts, half of the male adult population has disappeared. It is supposed that the alleged Franc-tireur war of Belgians against the Germans is a mere invention.
