MR. McNAB'S RETURN.

NATTER, Monday. The Chief Justice, and Mr. Justice Edwards will hear the petition of Mr. H. M. Campbell against the return of Mr. R. McNab as member for Hawke's Bay. The hearing will take place on February 22 at Napier. NORTHERN MAORI SEAT. APPOINTMENT OF JUDGES. [t)T telegraph— press ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Monday. Mr. Justice Hosking and Mr. Justice Stringer have been appointed to try the Northern Maori election petition. It is expected that they will sit at Whangarei about March 3.
