A New York message states that Breitung, the owner of the Dacia, which is carrying a cargo of cotton to Germany, bought the vessel ' for £33,000, which is considerably under its value, with the stipulation that it must not be used for trade with Franco-British ports. Breitung insured her at Hamburg.
