Rournanie, published in Bucharest, states that Mr. Asquith's declaration that Britain has undertaken the war on behalf of the honour and independence of small States has found an echo in Roumania. which knows that the present moment is one not for words but for deeds. Roumania will esteem it a great honour to fight for national unity beside Britain.
