WHAT BRITAIN IS DOING.
PUBLICITY URGED.
'tleceived January 21, 8.5 p.m.)
London, January 21.
The Times, in a leader says : " We have strongly expressed the opinion that the silence of the Administration upon the unparalleled efforts -Britain is making in the prosecution of the war on the Continent is unjustifiably dangerous. The nation wants to Tcnow what the Government is doing to ensure the necessary reinforcements. If this desire is genera! here how much stronger must it be in France, whose people have suffered the horrors of war? They long to hear more regarding the efforts we are making in our common cause, and when they are likely to bear, fruit in the direction of their deliverance."
