Dr. W. E. Trotter, who has been staving at the Central Hotel, returned to Rotorua yesterday.
Messrs J H. Richardson. Peter Rarr, and A. D. Thomson, of the Public Service Appeal Board, are staying at the Grand Hotel
Messrs. D. Millar, A. I. Markmann, and H. Gerard, members of the Pubiia Service Appeal Board hearing appeals in regard to the classification of officers, are staying at the Royal Hotel. They will bo in Auckland all this week
Mr. li. Desborough, who has filled the position of chief clerk in the Auckland office of Messrs. Thomas Cook and Sons for the past nine years, has been appointed manager of that firm's Wellington" branch. He will leave shortly for the purpose of assuming his new duties.
