OUTRAGES IN POLAND.
MURDER OF CITIZENS.
KAISER IN IKON FRAMES.

Petrograd, November 16.
It is stated that the Germans retreating from Poland propped up the bodies of prominent citizens at the corners of the streets as a warning to those remaining against betrayal. They also cut pictures of the Virgin from the ikon frames, and substituted therefor photographs of the Kaiser.
