The sharemarkob was not very busy yesterday. In standard stocks, Taupiri Coals were done at (17s 3d). Auckland Gas changed hands at 27s 9d. Bank of New Zealands (frilly paid) were on offer at £15 ss. Sellers of South British Insurances asked 82s, and buyers quoted 80s. Waibi mining shares were looked for at 34s 6d, and sellers wanted 35s 3d.
