GERMAN SHAREHOLDERS.
IN AUSTRALIAN CONCERN. RECEIVER APPOINTED. Melbourne, November 14. The Defence authorities raided several more business places, including the office of the Norddeutscher Lloyd Company. Mr. Hughes, Attorney-General, states that as a result of further investigations of the papers recently obtained additional evidence of an important character has been made available. c The High Court, acting under the Trading with Enemies Act, has appointed Frederick Wilson receiver and manager of the Continental Rubber Company. The evidence submitted showed that the concern was an off-shoot of a German company, and 4995 out of 5000 shares by Germans resident in Germany, the remaining five being local shareholders holding one share each.
