A message from Las Palmas states that ten of the officers of the Kaiser Wilhclm der Grosse, which sank the Kaipara and other steamers, and which was herself sunk by H.M.S. Highflyer, who were on parole aboard a German steamer moored in the harbour, escaped in a Dutch steamer disguised as firemen.
