REPORT BROUGHT BY FUGITIVES TO HOLLAND. CITY ABANDONED BY THE GERMANS. (Received November M, 1.30 a.m.) Amsterdam, November 13. People who have crossed the Dutch frontier state that the allies entered Ostend, which the Germans abandoned.
