GERMANY HASTENING TROOPS INTO GALICIA.
AUSTRIAN® FALL BACK ON SECOND LINE OF DEFENCE RUSSIANS NINETEEN MILES FROM FORTRESS OF PRZEMYBL (Received September 18, miduigbt.) London, September 18. It is officially announced that reports from Rome state that Germany is hastening troops to meet the advancing Russians, who are now 19 miles from the fortress of Przemysl, in Galicra. Russia's East Prussian columns arc also marching to Przemysl. . ■ 7\ A Vienna report states that the Austrian armies have established themselves upon their second line of defences. Some Poles in Przemysl, in Galieia, armed with pitchforks, a:*£s., and scythes, exterminated a German patrol.
