INTERVENTION DESIRED.
Rome, September 15.
Tho newspaper Messagero foreshadows the reconstruction of the Ministry and the inauguration of a new policy under the auspices of a national Cabinet, representing all parties.
There are widespread popular demonstrations in favour of Italian intervention on behalf of the Triple Entente. It is expected that Roumania will follow Italy's lead, if Italy abandons neutrality.
