Six of the richest men in Holland have offered Queen Wilhelmina onetenth of their fortunes to pay the cost of the mobilisation in Holland. AFFAIRS IN ALBANIA. ITALIAN TROOPS LANDED. Paris, September 14. Advices have been received from Trieste, in' Austria, to the effect that Italian troops have been landed at Valona, Albania. Valona. or Avlona, is a town and seaport of Albania. It occupies an eminence near the Gulf of Avlona, an inlet of the Adriatic Sea, THE EQEAN ISLANDS. NEGOTIATIONS POSTPONED. Athens,- September 14. The Grseco-Turkish negotiations regarding the disposition of the iEgean Islands have been postponed indefinitely.
