Brussels. August 15. Two hundred cyclists and carbineers on Thursday surrounded and surprised three hundred Germans. They killed seventy and captured forty, and the remainder of the Germans scattered in flightThe arrival of the prisoners escorted by cyclists led to an extraordinary scene in Namur. The whole population turned out and decked the victors with flowers.
