CADET HALL.
Sir,— Can anyone give a valid reason for wasting money in removing the cadet drill hall from where it now stands to a 9it>3 certainly less suitable? It is a largo building and will cost a large sum of money for a site and to shift. Are the subscribers to the fund satisfied to have their money thus wasted' C.J.R.
