' Tho balance i£ to be used for plant, etc. I should like to have public 'opinion regarding the borrowing «' £60,000, or .'a sufficient sum to finteh.the present roads partly formed, and footbaths in a proper state of repair. , Let our, wives and children have decent means Of ' access 'to , the present tram lines.
