AUSTRALASIANS IN LONDON. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received June 24. 960 p.m.) London, June 24. At a reception given yesterday in honour of the Australasian visitors to London, Admiral Sir Day Bosanquct and Sir J. Henniker Heaton proposed the toast of " The Dominions." Sir John Madden (Victoria), replying, said that everybody in Australia recognised that Britain was the real head and centre of the Empire. In tho day of trouble Australia's last man and last shilling would be on Britain's side. Mr. T. Mackenzie (High Commissioner for New Zealand) proposed the " Motherland." Ho was certain that the Dominions had absolute confidence that Britain conducted all her business wisely and well.
