Burt's factory, left Port Chalmers by the train for his homo in Cumberland Street but was not heard of again until the body was discovered. . The evidence showed that the deceased 'apparently got off the train at Pelicheb Bay.' v .There was no sign of a struggle where, the body was found. A number of matches, -some, used and some cot, which were found hear the body seemed to indicate that the deceased had been trying'to find his way out of the bush. A verdict was returned that death was caused by exposure, the. deceased having temporarily lost his memory. ' v
