A DIFFICULT CASE.
NEWSPAPER DISPUTE. JURY AGAIN DISAGREES. [BT TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Wednesday. The rehearing of the newspaper action, the New Zealand Times versus the Dominion, a claim for £3000 for alleged litel, was concluded at 5.20 p.m.
The jury, after a four hours' retirement, disagreed, and a new trial was ordered.
