THE DECREE OF PARIS. FLOWING DRAPERIES. Times and Sydney Bun Services. London, March 24. The Paris correspondent of the Times says that the skirt slit too high, the bodice cut too low, and excessive lightness of draperies near the ankles, have all passed, and fashion is seeking now a modification and a gradual return to flowing draperies. The ridicule of caricaturists rather than the admonitions of preachers, is bringing women back to the paths of beauty and propriety. Neatness and perfection of detail are the latest essentials.
