Paris, March 6. The ex-Premier of France, M. Clemenceau, commenting on the German newspapers' attacks on Russia, declares that the Triple Entente will not be .broken up, despite the amiability, barbed with threats, with which the Kaiser amuses himself in pricking the partnership. Germany's power was held in check by the entente's equivalent force, which stopped her on the threshold of formidable undertakings.
