TURKISH INTRIGUE.

London, March 5. Aziz Bey, recently the commander of the Turkish forces in Cyrenaica, was arrested last month on a charge of conspiracy. The newspapers now urge Sir Edward Grey (Foreign Secretary) to use diplomatic influence to secure his release, as the affair is purely one of intrigue.
