CRUISERS FOR GERMANY.
NAVAL REQUIREMENTS.

Berlin, March 5. Germany will have to build more cruisers, declared Grand Admiral von Koester (President of the Navy League), in an address to the league yesterday.
Germany, he added, must maintain her naval supremacy, and must have two strong naval wings to resist a blockade of either the eastern or western sea frontiers.
