AUCKLAND ASSOCIATION.

LADIES' CHAMPIONSHIPS.

Flay was resumed yesterday in the Auckland Croquet Association s championship meeting, with tihe following results: —Mrs. Clarke and Mrs. Briffault beat Mrs. Jack and Mrs. Squirrell, Mrs. Fullerton and Mrs. Grimwade beat Mrs. Oswald and Miss Brown, Mrs. Smith beat Mrs. Snedden, Mrs. Mackay beat Mrs. McLean, Mrs. Morton beat Mrs. Gardner - To-dav the course of play is as follows : —Mrs. Squirrell will play Mrs. Esam at 10 a.m., Mrs. Owen will play Mrs. Pother at 10 a.m., Mrs. Foxton will play Mrs. Thornes on the first vacant lawn, Mrs. Grimwade will play Mrs. Brown, on the second vacant lawns; Miss Roberta and Mrs. Morris are to be ready to play when called upon, Miss Hesketh and Mrs. Britfault also to be ready to play when called upon.
