[BT TELEOEAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. At the Supreme Court to-day, Mr. Justice Hosting reversed the decision of Mr. J. S Evans, SM., in the case of M. A claim for £100 commission on the sale of his hotel: or, in the alternative, damages for a breach of an agreement to give plaintiff the sole right to sell.
