London, March 3. Owing to- the recruits for the Ulster volunteers exceeding 100,000, the inefficients are being rigorously weeded out and formed into a corps of stretcher-bearers and ambulance units. A dozen aeroplanes have been offered, and mounted squadrons are being organised.
At question time to-day, Mr. Bonar Law (Leader of the Opposition) intimated that financial business would be accelerated if the Government undertook to introduce the Home Rule Bill directly the necessary finance had been completed. Mr. Asquith at once replied giving the undertaking.
