Washington, January 2. The I nited States commander of the troops has been ordered to receive the fleeing Federals if they cross the American border from Mexico in the neighbourhood of Ojinaga. The Americans are to afford Red I ross assistance and disarm everyone crossing th- border.

President Huerta has released -2b of the imprisoned deputies, excepting I!e\e t ', tile ex- Minister of .his-tic-e, and Estanol, the ex-Minister of Public Instruction. The Judge who tried th,- cases held that there was no hasls for the accusation of causing a rebellion.
