PROPERTY SALES.

The sale of "'Sunny Corner Estate" takes place at 'Messrs. T. Mandeno Jackson's rooms, Customs Street East, at eleven o'clock this morning, This property, well known as "Crago's Farm," is situated at East Tamaki, 2£ miles from the Papatoetoe railway station and 4£ miles from Otahuhu, and comprises 182£ acres, subdivided into 28 sections, ranging in area from three-quarters to 23 acres. Almost every section has a frontage to a fresh water creek. The homestead, a residence of six rooms and all outbuildings, stands on 21§ acres. There is a public landing on the property, and launches and small steamers "can lie alongside, and a, portion of Section 9 has been acquired as a site for a public hall, recreation grounds, tennis courts, etc. The terms of payment are 10 per cent, cash, 10 per cent, in 12' months, 10 per cent, in two years, 5 per cent, interest on all unpaid balances. Thornes will sell by auction'at the Land Sale Rooms, 83, Queen Street, on behalf of the owner, who is leaving for England, a residenco of nine rooms in Manukau Road, Parnell, on a freehold allotment, 66ft by 100 ft. Of the purchase money £700 can remain if desired. There will also bo offered a residenco of six rooms in Grafton Road,' on which £400 can remain at 5 per cent. Messrs Samuel V.aile and Sons will sell by auction to-day the city leasehold known as the Chapel Street School. The property is held under a 40 years' lease from 1803 at £33 per annum, with compensation at the end of the term.
