The sale of "'Sunny Corner Estate" takes place at 'Messrs. T. Mandeno Jackson's rooms, Customs Street East, at eleven o'clock this morning, This property, well known as "Crago's Farm," is situated at East Tamaki, 2£ miles from the Papatoetoe railway station and 4£ miles from Otahuhu, and comprises 182£ acres, subdivided into 28 sections, ranging in area from three-quarters to 23 acres. Almost every section has a frontage to a fresh water creek. The homestead, a residence of six rooms and all outbuildings, stands on 21§ acres. There is a public landing on the property, and launches and small steamers "can lie alongside, and a, portion of Section 9 has been acquired as a site for a public hall, recreation grounds, tennis courts, etc. The terms of payment are 10 per cent, cash, 10 per cent, in 12' months, 10 per cent, in two years, 5 per cent, interest on all unpaid balances.
