UNDERWRITERS HOSTILE.
Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable. London, December 9. Underwriters are generally hostile to the bills of lading proposal by the Shipping Federation. The opinion is expressed that the risks which it is intended to cover are not marine perils. > Shipowners seem, however, doggedly determined to adopt the proposal.
