London, August 10;■ < A burglar with five previous convictions was bound over to appear when called upon at the Court of Petty Sessions yesterday, thiß leniency being shown for the sake of his wife and three young children. The Judge remarked at the close: "If your children are unable to reform you, nothing on earth Can."
