PANAMA EXPOSITION.
WILL BRITAIN TAKE PART?
AMERICAN CONCESSION. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received August 11. 11.20 p.m.) San Francisco, August 11. A meeting of British residents has passed a resolution to petition the British Government to reconsider its -refusal to participate in the Panama Exposition. Mr. Charles Moore (President of the Exhibition) states that the board will consider the possibility of revising the classification of the exhibits if Britain prefers a single or wholly British court. Otherwise individual British firms will be invited to exhibit. Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable. (Received August 11. 6.30 p.m.) London, August 10. The Government is understood to be willing to assist private firms willing to exhibit at the Exposition.
