By Telegraph-—Press Association.— London, March 26. AT the Good Templars' Conference at Scarborough yesterday, several speakers condemned the House of Lords' action towards temperance legislation. They described the spiritual peers as " bold as lions, on Disestablishment and timid as hares
on the drink question."
