MAN CUTS HIS THROAT.
CONDITION PRECARIOUS. [by telegraph.-—press association.} Wellington, Thursday. A wKLL-known ex-Civil servant, George E Rigg, cut his throat in a boardiughouse to-night, and was removed to the hospital in a precarioa3 condition.
