By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright (Received March 15, 12.20 a.m.) London, March 14 The Aerial League has issued a manifesto, in which it urges the immediate allocation of £1,000,000 to create a British air fleet. Colonel Seely (Minister for War), in speaking at a meeting of the Aero Club last night, said that when he delivered his statement on Wednesday next it would be found that satisfactory provision had been made to develop an aerial fleet.
