STOCKS AND SHARES.
/BUSINESS DONE YESTERDAY.
The share market was quiet yesterday. The only sale in investment stocks was that of a parcel of National Insurances at ■41s 3d. Further buyers "remained at 41s, with sellers at 425. In mining lines Waihi Grand Junctions were done at 22s 3d find more were available at 22s 6d, with buy ers offering 225. Waihi-Paeroas changed hands at 31s, and more were inquired for at that figure, sellers holding for 325. There were sellers of Talismans at 37s 9d, and buyers at 37s 3d. Waihis were wanted at 335, but sellers asked 6d above that price.
